01What is CampusReel?

CampusReel is the platform for student short films. University filmmakers publish their work to one verified place where other students, festivals and audiences can watch, share and discover it.

02Who can upload films?

Uploads are currently limited to verified university students. You can request upload access once you have created an account.

03What formats are supported?

We accept most common video formats, including MP4, MOV, AVI and MKV. Every submission is automatically encoded into adaptive HLS streams for the best playback experience.

04Is there a file size limit?

Individual uploads can be up to 5 GB. We recommend keeping short films under 20 minutes for the strongest viewer engagement.

05How do reactions work?

You can react to films with popcorn (enjoyed watching) or the clapperboard (outstanding filmmaking). You need to be signed in to react.

06Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact us at [email protected] and we will process your request and remove all associated data.
